Welcome New Hires!
All full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week, and their eligible dependents, may participate in the Allied Interiors Group benefits program. Benefit enrollment for eligible New Hires is available during the 1st 30 days of employment. These benefit elections take effect on the 1st of the month following 30 days of continuous employment.
Elections made now can not be changed until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying event.

Employees Enrolling in Medical
Any employee enrolling in Medical Insurance must complete their Curative Baseline Visit. A Curative Baseline Visit is a personalized healthcare meeting that helps members of Curative's health plan get the most out of their membership. It is a key part of Curative’s preventive care approach and must be completed within the first 120 days of the plan start date.
Please Note: Even if you completed your Baseline visit in 2025 you must complete it again for 2026. Everyone on your medical plan over the age of 18 years old needs to complete their Baseline Visit in the state that they reside in currently. If you do not complete your Baseline Visit, after 120 days your Cash Card will be deactivated.
